Get Active! Ignite Your Wellness! This is a dynamic and engaging fitness program designed for beginners (ages 16 and older), combining a variety of exercises to build strength, improve flexibility, and boost overall health. Participants will have the opportunity to make gradual health progress, develop new fitness habits, and experience the benefits of balanced wellness.
Commitment is the key. Please only sign up for this program if you intend to be at every weekly class or most of the classes.
